DANRO Judo Academy was founded in 2011, motivated by the love for the sport of Judo. We are a member of the Hellenic Judo Federation and recognized by the General Secretariat of Sports. We have more than 100 active athletes of all categories, from 4 years old to adults, who participate in the events of the Hellenic Judo Federation and international tournaments with great success.

The long-term competitive and training experience of the coach, in addition to the high quality of technique knowledge, are the strong points of our Academy and at the same time guarantee our results.

The coach of the Academy, Mr. Agapie Dan, is a 5th DAN holder, graduate of the C.N.F.P.A National Training Center (“A” Members of the International Council for Coach Education) in Judo, with a recognized coaching diploma from the General Secretariat of Sports.

Our dojo (in Japanese, a martial arts training place) is a modern, comfortable and functional place. The environment is friendly and completely safe for young and older athletes. We will be happy for you to visit us, to see our place, to try some training sessions and why not to become a member of our Academy.
